Therefore, we are committed to bridging this gap by offering targeted coaching services designed to address their specific needs and empower them to overcome obstacles.
Our team of experienced and compassionate life coaches is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where students can explore their potential, set meaningful goals, and develop the skills required for personal and academic success. Abraham, the visionary founder and CEO of Baeza Coaching, is on a mission to guide individuals towards discovering their life's purpose and empowering them to foster the same in others. Drawing from personal experiences of overcoming profound challenges, Abraham brings a wealth of understanding to his top-notch coaching, ensuring tangible results for his clients.
Raised in the confines of a Rialto, California trailer park by a hardworking, financially struggling mother, Abraham navigated the complexities of an underserved neighborhood, steering clear of the pitfalls that often ensnared his peers. From selling candy and slushies in his trailer park from a young age to undertaking various jobs, he forged a path against the odds.
Despite facing academic challenges, Abraham's life took a transformative turn when he secured a special admit slot through the Educational Opportunity Program at California State University, Northridge. This pivotal opportunity set the stage for his academic achievements, culminating in a bachelor's degree in Communications Studies and a master's in Educational Leadership. Subsequently, he honed his coaching expertise at Robbins-Madanes Training, under the mentorship of renowned teachers like Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha, and Magali Peysha.
Since 2015, Abraham has dedicated himself to working with at-risk individuals, foster youth, homeless youth, and formerly incarcerated populations. Currently serving as the Wellness Coordinator at Los Angeles Room and Board, he extends support to homeless college students in diverse areas such as college navigation, financial literacy, mindfulness, and leadership.
Through Baeza Coaching, Abraham shares his extensive experiences and powerful tools to guide others on the path to self-improvement. His mission is clear: to empower individuals to lead purposeful lives that not only transform them but also have a positive ripple effect on those around them.
