Baeza Coaching was founded with a clear mission: to empower first-generation students, professionals, and communities to thrive. We provide coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements that combine tools, truth, and transformation - guiding individuals and organizations toward clarity, confidence, and purposeful action.
We believe personal development isn’t just a “nice-to-have” it’s essential for academic success, career growth, and overall well-being. First-gen students and professionals often carry unique challenges such as navigating unfamiliar systems, balancing family responsibilities, or feeling the weight of being the first. At Baeza Coaching, we help turn those challenges into strengths by equipping people with strategies, mentorship, and the confidence to lead.
Through One-on-One coaching, interactive workshops, and keynote speaking, our goal is to create spaces that are inclusive, practical, and inspiring. Every service we provide is designed to help individuals uncover their truth, strengthen their leadership, and build lives of meaning and impact.

Raised in Rialto, California, I grew up in a hardworking yet financially struggling single parent household. Like many first-generation students, I had to navigate the complexities of school and life without a roadmap. In my community, my friends and I often juggled responsibilities at home, worked jobs from a young age, and found ourselves figuring out what it truly meant to pursue more, all while balancing passions like playing soccer and staying on track academically.
Those early challenges shaped my resilience and gave me the drive to break barriers. Education became my turning point. Through the Educational Opportunity Program at California State University, Northridge, I began to see what was possible, not just for myself, but for others like me. With the support of my mentors I went on to earn a degree in Communication Studies, a master’s in Educational Leadership, and I am now pursuing my doctorate in Education.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from world-class coaches and mentors, training under Robbins-Madanes Coaching, and drawing wisdom from leaders such as Tony Robbins, Cloé Madanes, Mark Peysha, and Magali Peysha.
Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting students, professionals, and communities from at-risk youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, and foster youth students to first-gen college students and professionals across institutions. As an educator and administrator in the Cal State system, and through my speaking engagements across California, I’ve seen the power of personal development to change lives.
Baeza Coaching is the space where I bring all of this together: storytelling, practical tools, and motivation that help people uncover their truth and step into their purpose. My mission is clear: to empower individuals to lead purposeful lives that transform themselves and create a ripple effect of impact in their families, schools, workplaces, and communities.
